No speed limit on creativity
By Pamela Park

By day, 23 year-old George Basdos works as a graphic designer and social media manager for several automotive media companies in Europe, but by night, he turns to his popular Instagram account and unleashes his mischievous sense of humor and pokes fun at car enthusiasts. George finds inspiration for new creative ideas by talking to other car people all over the world and has found that every country has its own particular car scene.
In this video, George uses a Wacom Cintiq 16 and forays into a bit of animation with a McLaren F1.
George has always loved art, cars and making people laugh, and has turned his three favorite things into a successful Instagram account (@geo.baz) where he makes comics and memes about the stereotypes and the everyday lives of car enthusiasts (@Miata people, he’s coming after you).

George got his first Wacom Intuos tablet about 5 years ago and it immediately took his work to a whole new level. He recently upgraded to a Wacom Cintiq 16 after he threw his pen at his phone* and finds it a really useful tool for video editing, illustration and animation.
* (PSA: don’t throw you pen. The Wacom pen has technology inside and can break if mishandled. See this post on how Wacom pens work.)
Although making car memes is a hobby for now, George hopes to turn art into a full-time job in the future.
You can find George on his Instagram account, on which he promises never to draw your Hyundai Tiburon.
